At Chefs' Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade kitchen tools. If an item doesn't meet your standards, you can return most unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
