The True TWT-60F Two Section Work Top Freezer is designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs and exceptional food safety. True utilizes stainless steel with a high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches to the stainless steel front, sides and top. The back of the TWT-60 is a matching finished aluminum. The top and back splash are of one piece formed construction preventing bacteria and food particles from being trapped underneath. The (2) door freezer is designed with self-closing doors that offer a 90 degree stay open feature.
With a capacity of 15.5 cubic feet, the cabinet has an attractive interior with a clear coated aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and covered corners. The (4) heavy duty shelves are PVC coated and adjustable on ½ inch increments. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. Ecomate is a high density polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The TWT-60F is equipped with (4) 5" castors with the (2) front castors locking for easy maneuverability. Ideally suited for both frozen foods and ice cream, the T-60F boasts an extra-large evaporator coil to maintain -10°F (-23.3°C) cabinet temperatures.
