Allow your fryer area to be easily cleaned without having to scrub the grease off your walls. The FMP 133-1563 is a one-size-fits-all splash guard that works on most fryers. Designed for either the left or right side of the fryer and is simple to install and removable for easy cleaning. Within the NFPA No. 96 code, which requires that any cook top be spaced at least 16" from deep fryers or that there be an 8-inch protective barrier or baffle between them to prevent possible grease fires. Made of 18 Gauge stainless steel, this universal splash guard can be used on the right or left side. 20-1/2"D x 18"H.
